THE VEGGIES4MYHEART PROJECT: A LONGITUDINAL STUDY TO PROMOTE PRESCHOOLERS’ VEGETABLE KNOWLEDGE AND CONSUMPTION

ciTechCare participated in the RUN-EU Student Research Colloquium 2025, held on February 18–19 at the Technological University of the Shannon in Limerick, Ireland. At this event, research fellow Rita Novo delivered an oral presentation entitled “The Veggies4MyHeart Project: A longitudinal study to promote preschoolers’ vegetable knowledge and consumption”, highlighting the results achieved since the beginning of the project.
