INFLUENCE OF SOCIODEMOGRAPHIC AND ANTHROPOMETRIC FACTORS ON KNOWLEDGE, WILLINGNESS TO TRY AND CONSUMPTION OF VEGETABLES IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN RESULTS OF THE VEGGIES4MYHEART PROJECT

The Veggies4MyHeart project was present at the XXIV Nutrition and Food Congress, organized by the Portuguese Nutrition Association, which took place on May 8–9, 2025, in Braga, Portugal. During the event, the poster entitled “Influence of Sociodemographic and Anthropometric Factors on Knowledge, Willingness to Try, and Consumption of Vegetables in Preschool Children: Results from the Veggies4MyHeart Project” was presented, highlighting the role of children’s sociodemographic factors—namely sex, age, and nutritional status—in their knowledge, willingness to try, and consumption of vegetables.
