Development and writing
Dietetics and Nutrition students from the School of Health Sciences - Polytechnic of Leiria (ESSLei) developed the children's story in the 2018/19 academic year. The story was revised by teachers from the School of Education and Social Sciences (ESECS).
AIM
Aimed at preschool children, it seeks to promote knowledge and consumption of vegetables
STORY THEME
The chapters demonstrate the functions of vegetables in the human body and the journey from "meadow to plate" of the vegetables covered.
